Cops charge Peconic man in commercial burglary

Southold Town Police have arrested a Peconic man in connection with a commercial burglary last Thursday.

Police said Lee Ragland, 31, was charged with third-degree burglary after an investigation into the break-in at NY Shed Company in Peconic. The business owner reported someone had broken into their office and stolen cash and an iPad. Police located Ragland in the area and determined he had broken into the office and stolen the items.
