Two men were charged with obstructing governmental administration following a disturbance at a vineyard Sunday afternoon at about 2:30, according to Southold Town Police.

Police said Nicholas D’Agostino, 22, of Syossett and and Tristan D’Agostino, 22, of Huntington were arrested after refusing to leave Osprey’s Dominion vineyard despite being told to do so by police. They shoved police officers who asked them to leave, according to a police report.

D’Agostino and Alfano were part of a large group of people who had been denied service because of their level of intoxication, police said.

Once they were advised to leave, they became disruptive, yelling obscenities, according to the police report. Some members of the group began knocking over wine barrels and throwing items on the roof of the winery, the report said.
