The South Street Gallery in Greenport is holding its 11th annual art show and sale to benefit the North Fork Environmental Council on Saturday, Dec. 2 beginning at 6 p.m.

The benefit, titled “10 x 10 = 100” refers to the size and price of the artworks for sale — each piece is a 10-inch square and will sell for $100. Twenty-five percent of the sale price goes to the gallery and the remainder is split between the artist and the North Fork Environmental Council.

The media represented in the art pieces range from oils to acrylics to pencil to charcoal and to mixed media. Click here for a preview of the works on sale or visit the gallery on Dec. 1 between noon and 9 p.m. during the monthly Greenport Gallery Walk.
