Barbara J. Lazzaro of Mattituck died on Dec. 9, 2017. She was 70 years old.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, Dec. 16 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Home in Mattituck. A funeral service is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. during the evening visiting hours. Rev. Tom MacLeod of the North Fork United Methodist Church will officiate.
A memorial service will b held on Dec. 16 at 2 p.m. at the North Fork United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorial donations to the North Fork United Methodist Church food pantry. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
