The First Baptist Church of Cutchogue held its popular fundraising barbecue today, selling over 300 chicken or rib dinners to raise money for the ongoing effort to complete the building of a new structure about a mile west of the present church.
According to Kevin Ford, a minister at the church, First Baptist purchased the land and broke ground on the new building over 15 years ago.
